More tinkering with "Mini-Mander"

After seeing what a friend of mine built, I thought it over and wanted to see what I could come up with. I recently retired my Modern Ninja deck and felt I should at least have some form of martial arts themed deck. Until the MtG powers that be decide to revive Kamagawa anyway...

Overall I'm going for a sort of tempo/control build. Running some of the best card I know of for low CMC to keep my opponent at bay that can also trigger my Prowess creatures. Kept it mostly Blue for personal preference and I like drawing and manipulating my draws to keep from getting Mana screwed (biggest pet peeve in this game)
