This is a dragon breath deck. The goal is to mill yourself, then play a 6-drop. The deck does this in one of two ways: exhuming a baddie (Ulamog's Crusher) or playing a delver like Gurmag Angler.

A lot of the deck is focused on getting cards into your graveyard, between (Faithless Looting, and Cathartic Reunion) and Putrid Imp.

Stinkweed Imp speeds the whole thing up and Shred Memory helps find Exhume or Cathartic Reunion...or clear the way for exhume. After board, it's great to have an uncounterable tutor for ancient grudge.

Your typical role is to speed out your baddies with haste and firebreathing. However, you can switch roles depending on what the opponent is up to. If they are the aggressor, you can go grindy by playing endless stinkweed imps. This works well against delver or grixis decks that don't run all that many threats.

When playing against black, you can be midrange. Stick a putrid imp or stinkweed to keep your big guy company, and making them hastily sac two permanents with crusher is really good value even if they kill him on their turn.

When studying the deck, a major decision point to consider is whether or not to dredge the stinkweed imp or draw. You may not want to dredge if you are fishing for something like your exhume / Shred memory. You may not want to dredge when you pump the brakes to play around graveyard hate.

Ramblings...

Originally I thought about unearthing Undead Leotau, but it seems so much weaker to crusher. I may consider it in the SB if I face a TON of control, but meh!

I have been tooling with this deck without playing with it. Please let me know if you have tried something similar!

I've won back to back small tourneys! I'm pretty excited about this deck :)
