If I had them, sure... But this deck is supposed to either Phyrexian Suicide in the first few turns, or charge the Quests fast and crack them for a decisive finish. That's what Urabrask the Hidden , Volcanic Dragon , and Arc Runner are for.

same problem with your mill deck. this has no focus whatsoever. in addition to haplessly throwing around singles you seem to ignore the better cards in place of sub par ones.
also, if you are playing legacy you should use better cards considering almost all of them are at your disposal. both of these are sub-par standard decks that got thrown into deeper waters with one or two legacy cards. look at some actual rdw decks and figure out what went wrong.
in understand if you want to do something new, but, you want something more reliable. i started to list things to drop but it would be easier to start over.
