Hey, this is my first Magic the Gathering deck in which I put together with cards I got at a pre-release and a green plainswalker deck. I haven't yet got some of the cards mentioned, the Elvish Mystics are replaced with Druid of the Cowls, Xenagos with Aggressive Mammoth, Primeval Titan with Burning Sun's Avatar, and Moldgraf Monstrosity with Hollowhenge Scavenger. I do plan on getting these cards Xenagos, Primeval Titan etc.

The stratagy I was thinking of was in the early game, focusing on ramping up in order to get Xenagos and to use Primal Surge. This allows me to get lots of my big creatures out quick, and since majority of them have trample, I can then use Xenagos to double that stats of a big creatures and give it haste each turn so I can demolish my oppenent. I also found that Primeval Titan and Oran-Rief Hydra go well together as Primeval Titans ability can keep giving Oran-Rief counters which will end up making it a very big creature indeed. Also I've got Sarkhan's Unsealing in there as a backup board wipe just in case.

I'd really much appreciate any advise or feedback you could give me about my deck. Alse just to clarify I'm still pretty new to MTG so I'm sorry if I've made any fatal or minor mistakes. Thanks!
