Sideboard

the gameplan in short is to kill your opponent as fast as possible. This deck as well as many other agressive, low to the ground decks has pretty high variance. this deck more so than others due to Mox Amber. sometimes you get a start where you end up with 2 cards in your hand and a big board by turn 2. other times you might have 5 cards in hand turn 2 but both of these scenarios are ok for the gameplan. I actually am a fan of the less explosive starts because less can go wrong. It is very powerfull to be attacking for 10 on turn 2 in this format. However, I think I win more games with slower starts than ones with really fast starts. the reason being that sometimes you might run out of gas if you draw to many Soul-Scar Mage and not enough Crash Through. This is a deck that can kill on turn 3 but it doesn't really need to. pioneer isn't that fast of a format yet so turn four is usually good enough.
