Midrange, Dega. Hella fun. Makes for annoyed opponents.
Cards:
Blood Baron of Vizkopa- Kills black decks and is just a solid creature.
Boros Reckoner- People hate math. He makes combat steps confusing, which can bluff your opponent. He's never done me wrong, not only does he bluff, but sometimes he's just the best creature on the field.
Chained to the Rocks- 2 Chainz. Just exiling every MC and creature.
Chandra, Pyromaster
- I love this card. A lot of people just don't understand it, but drawing an extra card can be so useful even if the card has to be played right then and there.
Dreadbore
- Kills planeswalkers and creatures for 2 mana. Great for monsters since this hits everything besides their ultimate god. Just not so good against mono blue, but my meta just has no one playing that. Even then, the deck can handle itself.
Elspeth, Sun's Champion- Have you played with Elspeth, Sun's Champion?
Hero's Downfall- Murdering planeswalkers since day one. It's just must have removal.
Mizzium Mortar- The overload comes in handy. Plus it kills a Blood Baron of Vizkopa.
Obzedat, Ghost Council
- This does great against control and is decent in every other match up. He's worth it as a win condition.
Rakdos Keyrune- super secret tech. I just like ramping and this deck is too stingy to run mutavault, so this was a good option. It actually curves very well and isn't a bad draw in the late. I'm running behind it for now, but I could always be convinced otherwise.
Rakdos's Return
- I'm thinkin' three is nice. I tried to do two, but I was just wanting it basically every game, so I bumped it back up. I just think multiple Rakdos's Returns are never too bad.
Ultimate Price- This is really good removal right now and this deck needs some sort of instant removal.
Underworld Connections
- Great card draw and fits well with what the deck wants to do in playing a game of longevity.
Thoughtseize- This brings everything together. Allows me to plan out how to play my hand. This card is great although I hate playing against it.
