I recently got back into Magic again after spending the last few years away from it. This is my first semi-solid build and I am planning to try it out when I find a local FNM.

I built this deck planning for post rotation standard. It's been a while, so I am very much open to suggestions and would appreciate any advise. I would prefer to avoid the Shadows over Innistrad and Battle For Zendikar Block to keep this legal post rotation.

The core concept is Reckless Fireweaver and other ETB abilities getting tripped by Fabricate. Ideally this would happen with Panharmonicon on the field doubling the tokens and doubling the effect from each entering the battlefield.

Enter the Battlefield triggers:

• Quicksmith Genius

• Reckless Fireweaver

• Trespasser's Curse

• Authority of the Consuls

Fabricate ammo:

• Angel of Invention

• Marionette Master

• Visionary Augmenter

• Weaponcraft Enthusiast

Utility:

• Angel of Condemnation This card seems crazy useful, either bounce a creature with Fabricate to re-trip it or use targeted removal for Gods and other pests.

• Panharmonicon It's annoying to essentially lose my turn 4, but an Angel of Invention with Reckless Fireweaver and Panharmonicon means 4 (2,2) tokens and 8 direct damage.

I'm on the fence with a few of the other cards.

• Bone Picker I assumed that I would be able to get this out as a cheap early drop for 1. In my limited playtests that has not been the case, it didn't leave my hand until late game if at all. I am leaning towards an actual 1 or 2 drop to have something on the field for when I burn 2-3 turns dropping my ETB framework.

• The Scorpion God This seems useful... Heavy hitter, draw ability, creature control, and it's hard to kill. It's lack of synergy is apparent though.

• Bontu's Monument This triggers off casting a card instead of ETB so it doesn't work with Fabricate or Panharmonicon.

• Gonti's Aether Heart This works well with the deck, it should be able to go off quickly, and taking an extra turn is OPAF. Not sure why I'm hesitant on this honestly.

• Torment of Scarabs This also doesn't mesh super well and I don't know if the annoyance it causes justifies its place in the deck.
