A Budget Tribal deck built around getting out Changelings, and using those Changelings to get out whatever threats necessary to swiftly deal with the opponent. There isn't much else to it other than that.

This is my first Legacy deck. Any suggestions are welcome, but do keep in mind that this is a budget deck.
