I decided to update my Rakdos Discard deck for post-rotation.

The engine of the deck is obviously still Waste Not.

The aim is to keep your opponent's hand as empty as possible, whilst generating tokens through Waste Not, and Goblin Rabblemaster.

Swing and drop Mardu Skullhunter for further discard.

Use the tokens to sacrifice to Butcher of the Horde . Sacrifice Black Cat and get a discard out of it too.

Mardu Charm is pretty useful. It can deal 4 damage to an opponent's creature, generate tokens for the Butcher or provides discard at instant speed.
