A mono-red mill deck? Yes, it is. Cloudstone Curio with 2 Burning-Tree Emissary or 2 Priest of Urabrask or a mix of the two, provides an infinite loop which is exploited by Altar of the Brood. If needed, I can use Grapeshot as an alternative win condition.
The deck, as a new born, still lacks a bit of consistency, but it has potential in my advice. I'm not very confident about Browbeat and Reforge the Soul. Any suggestion is welcome!
