This is a cheap keyword deck for playing Commander with Rayami as the commander. It's cheap both in terms of card price and in terms of CMC - only one card costs more than 4 CMC.

Post Note: First of all, the deck has an illegal card (Hydradoodle) - that sucks! Additionally, a number of the cards that I ordered for the deck went out of stock before I could push the submit button, so those will have to be replaced as well:
