This is a Ravnica-Themed Commander deck headed by the new Niv-Mizzet Reborn spoiled in War of the Spark. Not everything is optimal, per se, but it is intended to at least be interactive and powerful while still being themed around Ravnica. Custom sorting will show you the breakdown by guild. Everything besides Urza's Filter , Conflux , Reliquary Tower and some of the generic ramp is from a Ravnican set. I also tried to have a legendary "leader" card from every guild. The goal of the deck is either to value the table out with Niv's ETB, to ramp up to some big X spells, or, if absolutley necessary, to win with Maze's End . Of course, you can also just beat people's faces in with big dumb creatures.
