My wife challenged me to build decks around the different houses in Harry Potter and Ravenclaw was a tough one. Their scholarly so Blue is a must but Raven is right there in the name which to me shows they also like to walk along the edge of black magic. What I ended up with focuses on creatures entering the battlefield to mill.

Cards like Merfolk Secretkeeper give us some direct mill while Overwhelmed Apprentice and Wall of Lost Thoughts will ping every time these guys die and come back. Lastly, Thieves' Guild Enforcer is the heavy hitter for milling. She quickly becomes a 3/2 with deathtouch and whom can have a Cartouche of Knowledge dropped on her to make her a flyer too.
