Trying to put together a budget rat tribal deck. I'm a beginner deck builder so any help/suggestions is welcome :)

The idea is simple:

1. Ramp enough to get a lot of rats + Marrow-Gnawer on the battlefield.

2. Create loads of rat tokens with Marrow-Gnawer.

3. Draw cards with Vampiric Rites, Decree of Pain, Hedron Archive, Mind Stone, Slate of Ancestry and Skullclamp.

4. Take down big threats with cards like Decree of Pain, Tragic Slip, Hero's Downfall or Hex.

5. Win with rat swarm and/or mana spending X damage spells like Profane Command, Consume Spirit, Exsanguinate or Howl from Beyond. Good use with Ashnod's Altar.
