Based on my brew Rat Heavy Discard

This is my attempt at a decent deck I could bring to a Modern night at my LGS. It's still a work in progress. Desecration Demon is kind of a place holder for what I think will be a second death cloud. Devil's Play is also an open slot as far as I'm concerned.

I will in all likelihood never be buying a Liliana of the Veil for this deck. It's just out of my price range.

I'm also not going to be picking up Fatal Push for this build until it rotates out of standard. Why pay more when you can pay less?
