This deck is designed to lockdown the board using Solemnity/Decree of Silence, and other lockdown and control combos. Stax effects also contribute to controlling the game, as do tax effects. I've since added more creature support, taken out some of the nastier stax locks, and added more lifegain support for the alt win con.
