U/W Draw-Go with Rasputin Dreamweaver as the commander. The main premise of this deck is to use the suite of counter spells and pillow-fort cards to buy you time while you draw into your wincons or combos. Primary wincons, and, or, combos include: -Entreat the Angels -Hinder/Spell Crumple + Tunnel Vision -Ugin -Venser -Bluesun's Zenith -Rasputin + Eldrazi Displacer (instant speed infinite colorless mana + infinite tapping down of opponent(s)'s creatures

This deck is primarily designed for 1v1 play, however in a group setting it still has a lot of potent tricks up its sleeve and can pull out decisive victories. Deck can be played incredibly politically in a multiplayer setting.

A quick note about the inclusion of counterbalance: While it's true that counterbalance is not a card often thought of in EDH, the decision to run it here was based off of my personal meta which sticks to a low 3-4 cmc curve as well as the fact that between soothsaying, scroll wrack, top, and a whole host of other library manipulation cards there is more than enough fuel for it. If you were to make changes (as I would encourage you to do so since tailoring a deck to your meta is vital in EDH), or if I were to revise this deck in the near future, then it would likely be among the first cards cut and replaced.
