Rashmi Timmy-beatdown. Lots of options. Lots of replay value. Lots of fun.

Outside of what Green/Blue does best (ramp/draw), this deck gets impactful creatures out fast and copies them for max value. This helps us spam ETB triggers like Torrential Gearhulk or spam buffing effects in order to close for game like Pathbreaker Ibex. The deck runs a good amount of cards that give us top deck knowledge to better use Rashmi, Eternities Crafter's effect; these cards include Brainstorm, Vizier of the Menagerie, Oracle of Mul Daya, Nissa, Steward of Elements, etc.Mind's Dilation is one of two cards that directly combo with Rashmi, Eternities Crafter (the other being Momir Vig, Simic Visionary). I like to think of Mind's Dilation as Rashmi's ultimate ability as it makes her trigger work on overload; basically, we get to start casting stuff from my opponents each of their turns, when triggers Rashmi on each of their turns as well. It's just a lot of spells being played for free.
