This is a 2DH deck.

2DH is a variant of EDH my lgs is doing where all of the cards must be under $2 each, and the commander must be under $5.

Naturally, blue will probably dominate this format. so here's my attempt to be a huge jerk and win budget-blue style.

The win con is to get out my token generators: Docent of Perfection   Talrand, Sky Summoner Murmuring Mystic Metallurgic Summonings To pump out as many tokens as possible. Then continue Drawing and scrying a ton, and playing free spells with Rashmi, which boosts the token output. All while controlling the board with bounce spells and counterspells.

Sphinx-Bone Wand is another win con if left untouched for long as I'll be playing multiple spells per turn. Rampaging Baloths is another one that can get out of control if left untouched.

My creatures all offer some kind of removal or control: Trygon Predator Acidic Slime Steel Hellkite

Supplant Form and Vizier of Many Faces offer opportunities to create another token generator if not used on an enemies' creature.
