This deck focuses primarily on card advantage. The main interaction is Jori En, Ruin Diver + Rashmi, Eternities Crafter . When both are on the field, it results in a remarkable engine for feeding your hand. Tireless Tracker helps keep the card draw coming just in case you top-deck lands. The ability on Rashmi is kind of like Cascade, so I made sure to build the deck with a well-planned tempo. As a result, Eldritch Evolution seemed to make a lot of sense. The early game is a little bit slow, so I included spells like Incendiary Flow and Unsubstantiate to do something in the first few turns. Insolent Neonate works well with to filter through cards and pilots the copter. Sylvan Advocate is just a good card with a decent body to push damage and block. It doesn't fit thematically, but the deck needs it. Goblin Dark-Dwellers help fill the 5-mana slot and work well with Jori En, Ruin Diver . Combustible Gearhulk will either draw some cards or help deal damage to pull off the victory.

The deck had a hard time starting with Smuggler's Copters and Wharf Infiltrators. It was a cool interaction, but it didn't come out of the gates very quickly or effectively. I made the Copter a 1-of and took out the Infiltrators. In their place, some bounce spells came in to slow down my opponents. They have helped immensely against anything quick that the deck needs to shake off.

The sideboard is tentative, and it mostly prepares for a match-up against control decks. Kozilek's Return should help take care of anything that wants to go wide. I am not sure what will happen with Artifacts, so I threw in the counter.
