The deck was built around the idea that Rashmi would not be good in standard format(at the time, since it's rotating out). Rashmi being the base card in the deck that you want to keep alive is utilized through cards that allow you to rig the deck to fit her ability. The actual tempo of the deck is more noticeable when the Bombs start going off. You want to start off by confusing the opponents with playing your energy generators first.( Servent, and Valtaic) Putting out Aether Theorist and/or using your contingency plan is where the deck rigging comes into play. Saheeli also plays a part in the deck rigging, but she's more of a lightning rod for Rashmi to stay alive. The cards you are hoping to get on the field for win cons are the 2 gearhulks (Combustible, and Verdurous)Aetherworks Marvel was thrown in as another lightning bolt, or second win con for dumping your deck onto the field. Chandra is mainly in there for removal, mana gain, or Getting rid of bad top decks for Rashmi.
