Hello everyone :), since the day Rashmi was presented, I've tested numerous versions of the decks build around her. I'm a competetive commander player, who plays in a pretty cutthroat meta full of tier 1 and 1.5 builds so this job hasn't always been easy. My previous build was designed around Palinchron combos and may be found among my other decklists. However, while being pretty powerful and consistent I always got a feeling that Rashmi is worth a better deck. And then Paradox Engine has been presented...

This deck is a mix of storm with control, the main goal is to cast Rashmi as early as possible (preferably t2) and start countering other combos and making value with commander. That being done I have multiple ways to combo off:

1. Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal combined with mana rocks and mana dorks provide infinite mana which just wins on spot with Blue Sun's Zenith, Aetherflux Reservoir, Staff of Domination, Capsize, Mind's Desire and obviously with any of the multiple tutors to fetch them (Whir of Invention, Transmute Artifact, Intuition, Merchant Scroll, Fabricate, Muddle the Mixture and Mystical Tutor).

2. Candelabra of Tawnos + Capsize + High Tide - it's well known combo and I use it because each of this card is very good on its own.

3. Future Sight + Sensei's Divining Top + Helm of Awakening or Etherium Sculptor - it's infinite draw, which enables any of the infinite mana combos, which win either with Aetherflux Reservoir or Blue Sun's Zenith.

4. Last but not least - storming out with Paradox Engine. There are multiple ways to do it, you just have to add Isochron Scepter (Sensei, Scroll Rack, Future Sight or Paradoxical Outcome that draws ton of cards and replays the mana rocks help a lot too) to dig through the entire library with ease, eventually winning with Aetherflux Reservoir or any of the 1-3 combos.

You have to keep in mind that this type of deck is always more powerful with black and tutors this color provides. However I adore the level of CA that Rashmi gives and I prefer to have the answers for other combos (not only to be faster than them). It's not destined to be tier 1 or tier 1.5 but is built to face those decks and have a fair fight against them.

It may seem quite paradoxical (pun intended) that Rashmi, who synergizes with the first spells is a commander in a deck which wins by pkaying dozens of spells a turn, however you have to keep in mind what is the first step of winning - stopping our opponents while making value and that is where Rashmi helps a lot :).
