One of my EDH buddies ragequit Rashmi after another string of losses earlier this week, so I absolutely had to abandon the Tasigur list I was brewing to build her. I will try to get his copy. This is my first attempt at a permission deck, my other blue deck being heavily artifact focused. This list has been solitairing pretty well, but I have no idea if that will translate into wins against real opponents. Constructive criticism appreciated.
