The deck is built to work off all of the possible options you get when Rankle hits his target: A couple of cards that like to be discarded and a few ways to punish your opponents when they discard Some cards to punish when players draw cards *And creatures that like to be sacrificed

After testing the deck can also work well with out Rankle being able to hit his opponents when all of them happen to have large flier which I think is important.
