Playing around with abyssal persecutor and Rakdos colors.

Basic strategy is to summon Abyssal Persecutor asap and bash heads with him then use fling to deal the final damage and win.

Phyrexian Obliterator for defense and to help deal damage.

Rakdos, Lord of Riots as an alternate for either of the first two.

Question: If I deal four damage with Rakdos, Lord of Riots can I summon Phyrexian Obliterater and Abyssal Persecutor for free?
