SO, I have been working on what I hope will be a competitive yet affordable deck for Ramos, Dragon Engine. It consists of a ton of charms, in order to take advantage of his ability, and a lot of powerful, big spells. With win-cons like Exsanguinate, Villainous Wealth, Death's Grasp, and the obvious combat/commander damage option. There are also a good amount of cards to let me cast spells for free, including cards with cascade, Nicol Bolas, God-Pharoah, and As Foretold. I also threw in some graveyard play cards in order to bring these spells back. Tell me what you think and how it could be improved. Haven't had a chance to play it yet, but in my practice playing, the high-costs and lack of mana-ramp surprising dont seem to be a huge issue.
