First most I am a fan of walls and defenders. Moving on Pramikon, Sky Rampart (or as i like to call it Ramiel from neon genesis evangelion), is a awesome commander that allows the user to manipulate the game and with a few taxing cards like Ghostly Prison, Windborn Muse, War Tax really starts to cripple who ever is allowed to attack you. Also like to manipulate the lands opponents have by either destroying them or tapping them down with War's Toll. Everything else is stalling, counter, exile, land destruction and some big creatures to hurt a little bit. Notable combos, Decree of Silence + Solemnity to basically counter every spell your opponents ever cast because solemnity stops depletion counters from been put on decree of silence. Helm of Obedience + Rest in Peace, activate helm of obedience and mill a opponent out of the game since rest in peace exiles all graveyards and all cards never enter the grave.
