First attempt with Oathbreaker.

Went with Ral, Storm Conduit because he not only burns players, but can burn other Planeswalkers/Commanders. Epic Experiment seemed a fitting choice for not only the casting triggers, but also had an X cost to vary my plays based on what I have out.

Mana reduction and some ramp seemed appropriate along with other casting triggers.

First draft, so be kind. I like having a competitive edge in my decks so any help in that area would be appreciated
