Been trying to put together a version of the Lord of Riots that jived with me. And here it is! Uses wheels and draw effects to punish other players on your turn to reduce the cost of high power creatures. Beaters like Darksteel and Blightsteel Colossus will never be put into a graveyard, so it's only a matter of time until you get them out and wreck the other players' pain-ripened faces...
