The idea is to maximize Rakdos ability by spewing hordes of colorless creatures to overrun any opponent. Symmetric effects that spread the damage over my opponents are the most sought out, maximizing the mana I spend on them to play my colorless creatures for free or colored creatures by paying only the colored mana in their casting costs.
