Dragons: Show

• Boltwing Marauder- Gives us an attacker some pump when we play a creature.

• Deathbringer Regent- High cost, situational, and not 1 sided but a board wipe on a dragon body is still something we will play.

• Flameblast Dragon- Good body that allows us to Blaze on attack.

• Fledgling Dragon- Earlier on the curve dragon that is much better when we get threshold. Easy first cut.

• Hellkite Charger- Decent body, can really help push damage or finish a player late game.

• Mordant Dragon- Soild dragon with conditional removal and overcosted firebreathing.

• Rakdos Pit Dragon- Early curve dragon that requires a bit of a mana sink to be a good dragon. But the hellbent trigger can be absolutely huge with that firebreathing ability.

• Rorix Bladewing

• Scourge of Valkas- The extra damage can add up or snipe utility creatures.

• Skyship Stalker- I really like this early drop dragon that does a Morphling-esque impression.

• Territorial Hellkite- Undercosted beater, Downside isn't all that much of a downside.

• Tyrant's Familiar- Decent beater that becomes a good beater + removal with Bladewing out.

Dragon Payoffs: Show

• Crucible of Fire

• Dragonlord's Servant- Make our dragons cheaper

• Dragon Tempest- Both lines of text are just freaking awesome in this deck.

• Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury- This can be a huge alpha strike pump with 3+ dragons out

• Ogre Battledriver- Helps get attacks in, with a pump no less, before a big dragon eats removal

• Sarkhan's Triumph

Draw: Show

• Avaricious Dragon- This is a well started 4 drop minion. The extra card is nice, since we tend to tap out and play cards on our turn, but early game with a full hand, the downside is REAL. Don't necessarily slam this on curve.

• Cathartic Reunion- Loot/Rummage draw is better than usual in this deck thanks to Bladewing in the command zone.

• Dark Bargain

• Moonlight Bargain- Really interesting draw spell for this deck since we often want certain cards in the graveyard.

• Painful Lesson

Recursion: Show

• Bladewing's Thrall- 3/3 flyer (vast majority of the time in our deck) that comes back whenever a dragon ETBs.

• Boneyard Scourge- A 4/3 flyer that we can bring back for 2 whenever we have a dragon die.

• Fearsome Awakening

Removal Show

• Agonizing Demise- Inefficient Doom Blade that can be a hilarious, effective way to blow out a voltron or stompy deck.

• Ashes to Ashes- A 2 for 1 exile removal for three is awesome even at sorcery speed. And the life lost is negligible.

• By Force- Budget vandalblast. Honestly like it a bit more than Vandalblast because there are usually only a very few truly troubling artifacts out so this can be cheaper and it draws less hate.

• Crux of Fate- Great budget boardwipe. Absolute bomb board wipe in our deck.

• Doom Blade

• Hoard Smelter Dragon- Repeatable way to blow up artifacts that comes with a pump for a good body.

• Magmaquake - Underplayed instant speed "wipe." Really cool that it hits Planeswalkers.

• Murder

• Rakdos Charm - 3 fantastic modes, 1 of which is always relevant and the other 2 just destroy certain archetypes.

• Silence the Believers- Exile is great to have. Nice to have the strive option too, even though it is quite expensive.

• Smash to Smithereens

• Starstorm- Love this card. Instant speed, scalable wipe that can be cycled in a pinch.

• Steel Hellkite- I love Steel Hellkite. Great in token or weenie metas and great colorless option to cover up color pie weaknesses. One of our few ways to deal with enchantments.

• Unlicensed Disintegration

• Wrecking Ball- Great budget removal. It is expensive but the flexibility is huge.
