Rakdos would be proud. Rakdos was definitely my guild last time (along w/ good 'ol Dimir), and this rotation I want to try it out. So far, I have this record on the playtester (Wins/Losses/Ties):
U/W Delver: 4/3/0
Zombies: 5/1/0
Bant Midrange: 6/0/0
U/R Delver: 5/0/0
It's currently able to take out Zombies, and is neck-and-neck w/ Delver. Thoughts, comments, and +1's are appreciated, and will be followed by handing out candied hands (Reference to Carnival Hellsteed ).
I never said it didn't need edits, either. Though, to some extent, you have point. I know Delver like the back of my hand (I played it in FNM's once upon a time) and Midrange is no stranger, either. Zombies, on the other hand, I'm still getting used to.
Btw, Challenge Accepted.
It looks good, though having only 22 land with 2 bonfires and 2 rakdos return seems too low. I'd go up to 24.
Yeah. I may replace Desecration Demon with two more lands, maybe some Cavern of Souls ?
As this is red dominant and running 22 lands, i think this deck will running 2x Mizzium Mortars rather than Bonfire of the Damned
I made a similar deck to this and i find 24 ands a bit too much. Maybe 23 lands and add a Hellrider or Stromkirk Noble ?

Having a record on the playtester doesn't mean much. You know how to play your deck and probably don't know how to play everyone else's.
Get that record in a tournament and I'll be impressed.
