Trying to play someone off-meta for GP in December. I'm still trying to figure what I should do with the deck but I had all the land base for Rakdos. I'm also trying to keep it within a budget. I'm open to most suggestion but I'm not looking to drop too much on the deck (Sry no Bob's b/c $50+ per Bob is too much for me) ( I already had the Lily's from when they were in standard lol)
