The deck primarily goes off of Rakdos's ability to cheapen creature spells by for each life lost by an opponent, and any other permanent that assists in cheapening costs. So being able to have my creatures, mainly rats, cost only ; to then sacrifice a rat, or another expendible creature like a token, to phyrexian altar to cast another rat. Big payoff comes when being able to keep Thrumming stone and cast into all my rat colonies and be able to hit opponents with the rats. I want to be able to make the deck run faster, as far as ramping goes. All I know (budget wise) are sol ring, rakdos signet, and anything else that are cheap ways (money and mana) to get Rakdos and the rats out and start throttling with rodents.
