I cannot get enough of Dragons. If I could play Dragon Tribal in basically every color combination, I would (alas, after three dragon decks, I don't really have nearly enough dragons any longer).

Rakdos, Lord of Riots is perfect for a Dragon Tribal deck. His mana reduction ability makes these dangerous creatures even more deadly, jumping onto the battlefield to threaten lethal well earlier than many people are ready for. Anyone who has played Rakdos though knows his first and major hurdle is consistently dealing damage in order to be summoned. There is a slew of low-cost damage dealers just for this purpose, although the best damage dealers are Pestilence effects. This deck sports three of them in the original Pestilence, Pyrohemia, and Withering Wisps. A full set of snow lands support Withering Wisps, an often overlooked Pestilence effect. And if that isn't enough, Whip of Erebos, Living Death, Phyrexian Reclamation, and Palace Siege keep you in the long game when you're up against an overzealous opponent (unless you're already using Palace Siege to summon Rakdos turn after turn).

Of course, this isn't quite 100% raw, pure dragon. There are a number of non-dragon creatures included for removal, enabling Rakdos, ramping, and card draw. I think some number of these non-dragon creatures are necessary for keeping the deck moving. Over time hopefully some of them will be eliminated for as many dragons as possible.
