Trying a somewhat budget magic build for my Favorite MTG Card Rakdos, Lord of Riots

Plain and simple, hurt your opponent on the card draw or by discarding cards. Once your Mana base is up and running, drop in a Rakdos, Lord of Riots .

All sorts of fun ways to deal damage to your opponent with out even attacking. Plus, you'll almost always know what's in your opponents hand.
