I would recommend Underworld Connections that way not only do you have a card draw advantage engine, you also can avoid your own Shrieking Affliction punching you in the face when you have Sire Of Insanity out by activating it in response to the trigger in your upkeep.

RTFC 101: Shrieking Affliction only punches your opponents in their respective faces.

Also, Blood Scrivener is a good friend of Sire Of Insanity , probably better than connections in this deck.

Ooops, did not read closely enough! Though I still do like the draw power Underworld Connections gives you. Blood Scrivener would also work well. The overall point being get some card draw to make it so Sire Of Insanity actually ends up working in your favor.

Well, rakdos control is going to involve some discard. I'd consider +1 Thoughtseize as well as some boardwipe power like Anger of the Gods . I don't really know as I haven't updated my rakdos deck since before Theros was spoiled, but here's what I used to run: Rakdos Insanity

Also has some M13 still in there so it'd need a lot of updating.

Chandra's Pheonix needs more red instant and sorcery spells, you only have four that I can see: Magma Jet and Rakdos's Return . Maybe somethings like Liliana's Reaver or put another Desecration Demon in and something else. Good deck though, I really like rakdos control (only when playing it, not against).

Underworld Cerberus negates Whip of Erebos . I would personally run Deadbridge Chant in place of the cerberus

Not worth splashing green for that effect imo. What is the purpose for the Underworld Cerberus addition to maybe think of an alternative, because khanye is right that it messes up the Whip
