Raka's All the Rage (Modern MTG Deck)

This is my first real try at a Modern Deck, inspired by friend and TCGPlayer.com writer Anthony Lowry's ever-present tweaking and tinkering of the UWR archetype. I've only really just started getting involved with Modern, so I don't have many of the real staples like Vendilion Clique and...see? I can't even name all the must-haves.

Still, I'm rather good at ferreting things out, and can pick up things when I must.

Working with some updates from MMA (Modern Masters). Unfortunately I haven't yet been able to get my hands on the 2x Vendilion Clique and 2x Cryptic Command that I want. So I've got stuff like Spell Snare, Izzet Charm, and Azorius Charm subbing in. So it's not quite the optimal build I want.
