This is a deck based around Hardened Scales and Winding Constrictor, and a ton of creatures that passively get +1/+1 counters. The goal of the deck is to keep putting out robust threats that have to be dealt with.

The name comes from the 5 colors of the deck, and the creatures that get huge over time.

It is 5 colors in order to take advantage of all the best cards that get passive +1/+1 counters, like Bloodhall Ooze,Experiment One, and Paladin of Atonement, while also getting access to sweet sideboard cards like Spell Pierce. It also plays powerful cards like Walking Ballista, which are even more powerful in this deck for obvious reasons.

Any creature played with a hardened scales out becomes a threat almost immediately, making even cards like bloodhall ooze good in both the early game and the late game.

And cards like abzan Ascendancy and Walker give us staying power against lots of the single target removal or board wipes. Add a citadel Siege, and just about everything becomes a threat right away.
