Rafiq is a badass. This is an older commander that I just got around to playing recently - classic Voltron build. There are a ton of cards with the exalted mechanic, and it stacks. This is a straightforward deck, but effective. Bring out Rafiq, load him up with equipment and auras, bring out other exalted cards, swing with your 8/8 trampling, double-strike, lifelink commander. Repeat as necessary - twice should do it.
