So this is a typical 8 rack build except I'm running a splash of red for Terminate for removal preferences and sideboard options

Main players

The Rack & Shrieking Affliction

These are the main win conditions it would be nice to drop multiple but one is enough as long as I can maintain hand and board control.

Liliana of the Veil & Ensnaring Bridge

Arguably the most important cards in the deck liliana rips the hand and can be removal as well. The bridge keeps me alive against creature heavy builds. (The 4th is sided in for the creature heavy games.)

The discards

Thoughtseize, Inquisition of Kozilek, Wrench Mind and Raven's Crime

These are the main sources of discard where the opponent hopefully loses all their threats early on so the deck gets a stranglehold of the board. Dakmor Salvage + Raven's Crime = goofy stuff.

The Removal

Terminate

Great removal spell especially given the lack of restrictions

Alternative options in the main

Blinkmoth Nexus man lands to deal some damage that's evasive and can block a potential flyer

Pack Rat

if discard doesn't work we have everyone's favorite rat

Sideboard

The extraction is for any combo deck or decks that have a set card to win with I can remove it.

Smallpox is to deal with decks that are desperate for their land base.

Joined a league and for the second week elected to run 8rack since i ran fish the week before. I finished 2-1 on the night.

I beat a budget U/G infect deck 2-1 while being at 9 poison in at least one of the wins.

I beat a normal U/G infect 2-0 once again walking the line of death harshly except in the case of this one it was a giant soliataire almost as we literally would draw and pass or in my case draw a card play it and pass to keep my hand at 0.

Lastly i lost to affinity 2-1 where i was stuck on 2 lands too often after matchups where i kept drawing lands.
