I've seen this Deck / Combo somewhere on the Internet and slightly changed some things. Originally it was some kind of Jellyfish tribal.

The main strategy is to get Confusion in the Ranks out and then play Man-o'-War. You choose the order in which the abilities are put on the stack. So first, you add Man-o'-War's effect, targeting itself. Then you add Confusion in the Ranks' effect to exchange control.

What happens now is pretty neat: you gain control of target creature another player controls and Man-o'-War gets bounced back to your hand. Throw in Mark of Fury to give your new toy haste.

When Norin the Wary comes into play, exchange him with an opponents creature. Basically, the next time someone casts a spell, Norin gets exiled until end of turn. Then, you get him back and can grab another creature :)

You can use Confusion in the Ranks with artifacts too: exchange Bronze Bombshell with whatever Artifact you'd rather like on your side of the board.

Note: It is also possible to use Confusion in the Ranks on itself to exchange it with an enchantment.
