So, just for giggles, and because Quietus Spike is really cheap right now and I want to build something annoying with it, Ive put this deck together. Ironclad Slayer, Darksteel Forge, and Nephalia Academy are all here to ensure that there is a minimized risk of losing a Quietus Spike, while overwhelming Splendor forces the opponent to rely on a very restricted playing field. With the exception of Subjugator Angel, the majority of your defenses are going to rely upon cheap-to-cast, high control Plains creatures such as the always useful Topan Freeblade, just to pad out the game for long enough to equip at least one Quietus Spike to any of the peons. Test-runs thus far have been promising, and even a single spike getting equipped to a creature can end the game pretty fast. Bound by Moonsilver works great for the low mana cost to make sure your opponent can't get a decent front line assembled before you're already gearing up to dunk.

All in all, the strategic focus of this deck is to (ideally) force the opponent into a position where they are taking direct damage fairly often, and stacking this with the brutal effects of the Quietus Spike

As far as suggestions go, I'm looking for better ways to get the spike to work with a white (potentially W/U) deck, since this is my first attempt at a real mix of the two.
