Esper Control-Prison with green splash, built around the synergy of Quicksilver Fountain, Oboro, Palace in the Clouds, Chromatic Lantern and Choke.

You have two main locks that amplifies each other, the first is the Fountain/Oboro land lock that turns all your opponents lands into islands (the synergy is that you put fountain on the stack targeting oboro and then return oboro to hand before it becomes an island in each upkeep, note that a fetchland works as a one-off Oboro for this purpose and also allows you to increase the land count.) adding choke to lock them down completely and Chromatic Lantern to let you tap your own lands for any colour so you don't get affected even if you let some of your lands become islands (for example if you don't have Oboro out or if you want to increase your number of lands.)

The second lock type is Isochron Scepter with a spell that holds the opponent down one way or the other, for example Silence in their upkeep every turn locks them down completely if they only have sorcery speed stuff but a lot of the other spells work fine too. Some decks can't handle repeated Blessed Alliance or Abrupt Decay and so on. Remand can be superior to silence if the landlock is down and they can only cast one spell per turn because of colour restrictions. This type of lock goes very well with the land lock since you are choking them of the ability to remove your Scepter as they get less and less mana each turn.

The rest of the deck is essentially just a control deck, card draw/selection and answers, close the game with Manlands or Thing in the Ice.
