Blue black: mill/draw deck has many ways to win... Update:after loads of testing this deck consistently wins in less than 10 turns. The key is, if you don’t already have a piece of a combo, tutor for insidious dreams and with that card get whatever else you need to finish an infinite win combo....the commander is not to be sitting in the battlefield, it’s only to be brought in once you have combo cards on the battlefield, then you instantly use her -1 to trigger a mill combo

Blue black: mill/draw. Tutor/infinite combos can win by milling yourself, milling others, combat damage, and a couple of other ways that are dependent on certain cards
