This is a deck idea with Flash that I've been working on recently! Although the Flash and Protean Hulk combo is still cooler, and more consistent, I thought that Flash and Moldgraf Monstrosity may have some synergy together. I've never see this combo anywhere, although I'm sure it exists- however, the price of Masters 25 Flash, I decided to make a super budget deck. Essentially, you want to dig through your library and get big creatures in your graveyard, so then you can kill Moldgraf Monstrosity with Flash and bring them back to the battlefield! Because of this, the deck is light on smaller creatures, and really only has Elvish Mystic as a manadork to accelerate or keep you in the game if the combo pieces are all in the graveyard/exile.
Basic idea: prior to turn 1, have a Flash and Moldgraf Monstrosity in your hand if possible, in addition to
AT LEAST two lands, preferably islands
turn 1- Tome Scour or Elvish Mystic. With the Tome Scour you're trying to hit
turn 2- If Inkwell Leviathan, Stromtide Leviathan, or Terastodon are in your graveyard due
to Tome Scour, Dream Twist, Grapple with the Past, or Thought Scour you can proceed to
play your second land and play flash. If you can ply flash, send out Moldgraf Monstrosity use it
to get the big creatures out. If not, you may continue to dig for the bigger creatures.
turn 3- If the two bigger creatures were brought out, start swinging. If not, repeat turn 2 until it
does
***NOTE: Use Flood of Recollection and Grapple with the Pastif either the Moldgraf Monstrosity or Flash get into the graveyard.***
And really, that's the whole deck. There's some Counterspells and an Overwhelming Stampede which is a good finisher.
