This is a commander deck that I made in about 15 minutes, by searching for spells with the highest CMC on Gatherer, using some common sense, and copy-pasting half a list of artifact ramp cards.

Despite its jank, it has been banned from kitchen table play in my playgroup.

The main win-all gameplan is to ramp up to Jodah, and keep threats on the board to distract opponents until you can cast Conflux, either by luck or through use of one of the dozen tutor cards laced throughout the deck. With Conflux you can get a card of your choice of each color minus blue + Omniscience, which lets Jodah go absolutely ham. The goal of the deck from this point on is to burn down everyone with fat creatures and hopefully annihilator.

You should REALLY try to have 2x WURBG when you plan on using Conflux. With the included ramp I have found it to be very easy, provided your opponents aren't running too much land destruction or artifact hate.

Usually I tutor Iona (naming blue or whatever color deck I am up against), Omniscience, Sorin Markov, and whatever else suits my fancy at the time.
