Maybeboard

1/28/19 - Adjustments made to be much more taxing when trying to interact with me or the deck.

Kind of a combination between the pillow-fort, s/tax, and aikido archetypes, this Marchesa deck doesn't much care for the opponents or what they do, unless they dare affect my board. I mean sure, there might be a few ways to force the peasants to bow in the presence of royalty, and the various orbs are quite the interesting group of trinkets, but for the most part I only deign to worry about what the other players are doing when they try and tear down my monarchy.

Wincons are mostly token-related, between Assemble the Legion and Heliod, God of the Sun. However, Funforging into something like Wild Ricochet can win games, as can Stolen Strategy shenanigans, and anything particularly spicy can always be copied with Mirage Mirror. Extorting spells (from Blind Obedience) can also help whittle a table down slowly, and I can always just start swinging away with Teysa (with or without Funforger). If absolutely necessary, I can also turn to commander damage with Marchesa, but that tends to be an absolutely final resort, and one that usually means I'm probably losing at some point in the near future.
