TL;DR(Full version below)

The goal is simple. Control any creature that comes onto play with Lightning Bolt, Flame Jab , Pyroclasm and Fiery Temper (often through Faithless Looting) until you can play either Guttersnipe or Pyomancer's Swath.

From there, start burning your opponent directly through Flame Jab + Life from the Loam for 9 damage for 5 mana with P'sS or his creatures/him if you have GS instead.

Intro

So I started out this deck as a proof of concept of Pyromancer's Swath combo nature due to it's interaction with split damage/multiple instances (storm) (can be seen in this deck Pyromancer Combo) but seeing how unstable that deck was, I quickly moved on to this one which became a lot more control based rather than one turn combo.

Main Win Con

The main win con is basically as said in the TL;DR:

Drop either Guttersnipe or Pyromancer's Swath then go to town on their HP through your burns, and more specifically if you can assemble it, Flame Jab + Life from the Loam for a neat 3 damage per jab, adding to a total of 9 damage for 5 mana and 3 dead cards (potentially more lands :D)

I'm currently looking for a secondary win con.

Pyromancer's VS. Guttersnipe

While both allow you to burn your opponent, they act very differently.

Pyromancer's Swath : Makes your bolts deal 5 to it's target, Jab does 3, Anger is ramped to 5 per target and Pyroclasm is ramped to 4 but you can't wound your opponent while you control and you lose everything in your hand at EoT. (No more Instant Bolt...)

Guttersnipe : While you can burn your opponent indirectly, (sorry, Witchbane Orb and Leyline of sanctify ) Guttersnipe doesn't increase the strength of your spells.

Support cards

A few cards in the main are supports to the deck strategy.

Manamorphose : Helps mana fix if you really need it (ie. Casting Anger of the Gods, Molten Rain and playing our few green cards (LftL, Nature's Claim, Seal) ) but mostly serves as a deck filter and can be used to proc a dredge in instant to protect a LftL or simply to dredge it more than once in a turn.

Faithless Looting : While it is a sorcery, Faithless does two thing for us. It draws us two cards (which both can be turned into a dredge) as well as making us discard. Most time you will be discarding a Life, a Flame Jab or a Fiery Temper that you will quickly proc through Madness. If you are in desperate need for lands or simply want to see your deck in your yard for some reason, you could easily replace your draws with dredges from 2 lifes and discard them back afterward for the next draw trigger or keep one in your hand.

Desperate Ritual : Helps giving a bit of burst to the deck. Also helps with casting a Molten Rain when not that much red mana is accessible.

Life from the Loam : Almost everything about this card has been said earlier. Returns your land for more Flame Jabs, helps a lot against Smallpox-like effect to recover your lands.
