I found a deck by FAMOUSWATERMELON . I liked it so much I am building my own version purely to have fun in casual multiplayer games. My deck differs from his because I found a different take on his idea.

This deck is one that exploits the activated ability of the Pygmy Giant by using creatures with absurdly high numbers in their text blocks.

The big one so far is Crookshank Kobolds for having "24 million" in it's text block. So this lets you use your giant to fling your Crookshank Kobolds at a creature and inflict 24 million points of damage! That is insane and going to destroy the target creature. But that is not enough. You need to use this in a way that lets you defeat your opponent.

So with that in mind then the best creatures to throw those Crookshank Kobolds at are ones that punish your opponent for the same damage. Creatures like Mogg Maniac, Spitemare and Stuffy Doll. Then, to spice things up, adding in something like Spirit Link. You now get to kill a player and say "And I gain 24 million lives!".

But it is really in the deck so you can exploit Spitemare + Volcano Hellion or Stuffy Doll + Volcano Hellion or Mogg Maniac + Volcano Hellion .

In case you missed it, the Pygmy Giant win condition might bother people because of the set the card is from. But the rest of the combos will surely kill your opponents as well and with perfectly legal cards. The idea is to get your life total higher than your foe's with Spirit Link and then use the Volcano Hellion on any of the punishment creatures to kill your opponent. The rest of the deck are more fun cards with crazy numbers in their text blocks or serve some kind of utility in the deck.

So if you like funny combos or humorous ways to win then this deck is for you!

Here is the card breakdown:

The Creatures:

Crookshank Kobolds: By far the highest number in a text block in this deck are these guys. It is plain gravy that they are free to play. So be ready to throw them with your Pygmy Giant at the first sign of a Spitemare, Mogg Maniac or Stuffy Doll
Droning Bureaucrats: These guys can be thrown by Pygmy Giant for 136 pts of damage to a creature or at your Spitemare, Mogg Maniac or Stuffy Doll to kill your opponent. And if you don't need it to, serves double duty as a way to keep attackers off of you. Or to keep creatures from blocking your attackers if you need an alt-win condition.
Fortune Thief: With this card in play you can name any number you want with the Volcano Hellion and not get killed as you blow up the life total of your opponent. The thief will ensure you do not die and then targeting your Spitemare, Mogg Maniac or Stuffy Doll with the Volcano Hellion will insure that your opponent does!
Hundred-Handed One: Another great creature for the deck. He is in flavor as a Giant. He can be thrown for 99 pts of damage. And if you need it he can be a strong attacker with a vigilant 6/8 body or even more exciting, he can block up to 99 attackers at the same time even if they fly if he is Monstrous!
Mogg Maniac: This is one of the 3 key cards that let you defeat your opponent. It is the weakest of the three but the easiest to get into play. Activate your Pygmy Giant, sacrificing anything with a decent number in it's text block, then target your Mogg Maniac with it and just outright murder your opponent as your goblin dies.
Pygmy Giant: The centerpiece of the deck. Use this tiny colossus to sow mayhem all over the battlefield. Sacrifice anything with a decent number in it's text block, then target any of your punishment creatures like your Spitemare, Mogg Maniac or Stuffy Doll and kill your enemy! Don't forget, even without the punishment creatures this card is a great way to destroy your opponent's creatures. And just in case you did not notice, a Pygmy Giant makes a great target for a Pygmy Giant with 487 in it's text block!
Spitemare: Another of the key creatures in this deck. You can use it to kill your opponent or any other creature in play. Remember, you do not need a Pygmy Giant to win with these cards. Imagine blocking a 10 power creature with this and telling your opponent to take it in the face! The giant just makes sure you win in a funny and Flingy kind of way.
Stuffy Doll: The last, but by no means the least of your punishment creatures. Resolve this doll and you are pretty much going to win unless it gets answered by your foe. A great target for your Pygmy Giant in any case.
Volcano Hellion: This card is stupendous. Combine it with your Fortune Thief and the game is over. With a Fortune Thief and a Spitemare, Mogg Maniac or Stuffy Doll in play you can cast your Volcano Hellion and name any amount of damage and target your punishment creature. Your thief keeps the damage from killing you. Then your punishment creature kills your opponent. You win and never used the Pygmy Giant and the other cards it needs to win. Fun.

The Other Spells:

Shivan Meteor: This is an alternative to your Pygmy Giant and your Volcano Hellion. As long as you have one of your punishment creatures in play like a Spitemare, Mogg Maniac or Stuffy Doll you just pitch the meteor at it and win the game! Or deal 13 points of damage to your opponent and hopefully finish the game. Between the giant, the hellion and this card you have 10 cars that will let you deal an absurd amount of damage to your opponent and win the game.
Spirit Link: As was said earlier, the only thing better than saying,"Take 24 million points of damage!" is saying that then adding "And I gain 24 million points of life!". With that being said, this is a great way to keep your life total out of killing range by your opponent while you set up your win condition. Especially if it lands on something say, indestructible, like your Stuffy Doll.

The Lands:

This deck pretty much just needs basics to win the game. You could add some utility here or deck-thinning here.

That is it for the deck!
